Time for Change


The Workshop will look at the sorts of changes we may be planning to make as we approach the end of one Academic Year and the start of another. For some Institutions this is involves migration of Service Desk Platforms and we will have two presentations on the drivers for change. For others it may be time to review current arrangements and see how well they are supporting the Organisation's Business goals.
